Privacy Policy
Collection of Information: The consultant may collect personal information from clients and their employees or agents, including but not limited to name, contact information, job title, and company information, for the purpose of providing IT consulting services. The consultant shall only collect personal information necessary for the provision of services and shall not collect personal information for any other purpose.Use of Information: The consultant shall use personal information collected solely for the purpose of providing IT consulting services. The consultant shall not disclose personal information to any third party without the client’s express written consent, except where required by law or legal process.Data Security: The consultant shall implement reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction. Such measures may include but are not limited to physical security measures, network security measures, and employee training.Data Retention: The consultant shall retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide IT consulting services and to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.Access and Correction: Clients and their employees or agents have the right to access and correct personal information collected by the consultant. Clients and their employees or agents may request access to or correction of personal information by contacting the consultant.Third-Party Services: The consultant may use third-party services to provide IT consulting services, such as cloud computing or software applications. The consultant shall ensure that any third-party service provider complies with this privacy policy and provides adequate data security measures.International Data Transfers: The consultant may transfer personal information to countries outside of the country in which the information was collected. The consultant shall ensure that any such transfer complies with applicable data protection laws.Changes to this Privacy Policy: The consultant may update this privacy policy from time to time. The consultant shall notify clients of any material changes to this privacy policy and obtain their consent to such changes where required by law.Contact Information: Clients may contact the consultant with any questions or concerns regarding this privacy policy or the consultant’s data protection practices. Contact information shall be provided to clients upon request.Governing Law: This privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the consultant is located.

Scope of Services: The IT consulting services shall be limited to the scope of work described in the project proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties. Any additional work outside the scope of the agreement shall require a separate agreement.Fees and Payment: The client shall pay the consultant the agreed upon fees for the consulting services rendered. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the contract or project proposal.Confidentiality: The consultant shall maintain the confidentiality of all client information obtained during the course of providing IT consulting services. The client shall ensure that all confidential information is disclosed only to those employees or agents who need to know such information and shall be responsible for any breach of confidentiality by its employees or agents.Intellectual Property: The consultant retains ownership of all intellectual property developed or used during the course of providing IT consulting services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.Termination: Either party may terminate the consulting services upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the consultant shall be entitled to payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.Liability: The consultant shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of IT consulting services, except for damages arising from the consultant’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.Indemnification: The client shall indemnify and hold harmless the consultant from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the provision of IT consulting services, except for claims arising from the consultant’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the consultant is located.Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the IT consulting services and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.Amendments: These terms and conditions may only be amended in writing by both parties.
